At The Depot, every staff member plays a role in supporting programs that connect community members, nourish individuals and families, and strengthen community ties.
Our values guide everything we do. We’re working to build an organizational culture that is inclusive, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive. We know this takes ongoing learning and growth. We aim to build a team that reflects the many identities and lived experiences in NDG, so our work stays rooted in the community we serve.
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the qualifications we’re looking for. Tell us why you’re up for the task — your lived experiences, skills, and passion all matter.
