Individual Support and Referrals

Access to additional programs and individual support and follow ups for new participants during service hours.

We’ve put together a guide to community supports that are available during the COVID-19 crisis.
This includes food security resources outside our service area, mental and physical health resources, legal resources, home delivery help and other community services.
Please get in touch if you know of any resources to add.

Our Resource Hub exists to refer participants to programs and services both at the Depot and in the community.

The resource desks are open Tuesdays from 2pm-7pm and Fridays from 10am-2pm, during the emergency food distribution service. Participants can drop in to consult with our Outreach and Resource team on topics such as housing, income taxes, health care services, job seeking, and updating identification. During the first appointment for emergency food basket services, new participants are introduced to our programs and services. Participants can meet with staff and volunteers at the resource kiosk to seek follow-up information and referrals any time afterward.

How to Get Involved

Drop by The Depot on Tuesdays 2pm-7pm or Fridays 10am-2pm, or contact Susan to make an appointment.
